I had a very delicious wrap here today. And the falafels were freshly fried. I love the salad and hummus they put in there!????
But the down side is the paper gets stuck to the bread and it was a inconvenience to keep on peeling it off and I have to rip it off in the end. Also the paper starts to become soggy at the bottom and it made the paper wet and the juice dripped on my £400+ coat which I am very unhappy about.
So next time remember to eat this wearing something that’s not expensive, because the food here really taste good! ????
I've always had my veg falafel wrap from the young lad, he always made it great had no problems. Today I went was older guy . He gave me old cold falafel,wrapped it, warmed it for a minute. When I started eating was horrible and cold was very disappointed.
Long term dripping issues! Attention owners - too much dressing or water from the salad always drips out the bottom of your delicious wraps. Please refine this as me and mates love your food but don’t love our clothes getting significantly stained. I had another wrap outside of Coventry and had none of these issues, assembly was tight (helped by a lightly toasted wrap) xxx
Vegetarian and want a falafel wrap. Go for it. Best in city.
Visited this place today, have been getting wraps regularly but the person today really messed up. He didn’t have any gloves in his hand but was putting the salad with bare hands especially left hand often, there was hardly any jalapeños in the wrap felt like cancelling the food but as I love the falafel, hummus and naan bread but there was hardly any hummus/ sauce in the wrap. Really hated the place today, horrible!
Have been here for years and I'd say 90% of the time I've been happy with the result, so not so bad in terms of consistency. Happy with my recent wraps as well for a more up to date review.
Always get the houmous and falafel, always great to fill you up. I get the spicy it's not too spicy but a nice kick. Its my go to fast food if I'm in town!
I recently had the pleasure of trying the Hummus House UK, a fantastic food stand located just a short distance from the Godiva statue. The first thing that struck me was the reasonable prices – I paid 7 pounds for a wrap, a side of falafel, and a can of drink. This was incredibly well-priced, especially considering that the food is freshly made right there.
What made the experience even better was the friendly staff who were more than willing to have a chat and exchange stories while my food was being prepared. It added a wonderful personal touch to the meal.
One thing to note is that this is a cash-only business, and while it's not a major issue, it would have been helpful to have this information more prominently displayed.
Overall, I'd give the Hummus House UK a solid 5-star rating any day of the week. The staff's kindness, delicious food, and reasonable prices make it a must-visit. I also appreciated that the staff went the extra mile by coming over to hand me my bag, as I couldn't reach up in my wheelchair. It's these little touches that truly make a difference in the overall dining experience.
