Terrible service overall
My only request was a true copy of my uk certificate of naturalization which one of their solicitors didn´t even know to actually identify if my document was true certificate or not. She had to ask someone else if that document was a real document or not. After having to walk 15 min return trip to the nearest cashpoint because they didn't accept card payment I managed this true copy. When I got back home few minutes after I got my true copy I called them to ask if they could provide me with a electronically signed copy of my document since this is the uk gov requirement to do the process electronically. The same person who didn´t recognised a real certificate of naturalization told me that never heard of this as if a I was wrong. That is what the gov website says but she didn't know about this. After putting on hold my call, another person answered the phone and just told me that they don´t do that service and hang up the phone.
I recently sold my home and purchased a new one. I dealt with Shna and was extremely happy with the excellent service I received.
Everything was handled very professionally and I would definitely recommend Humd solicitors to friends and family.
please be careful when you need solicitor understand how they work because only one wrong advice from solicitor put your life in the big trouble .Shaheen Very bad solicitor . She don't know how it should work like a professional, She just works like a local shop, I gave her lease to finish it should take 3 weeks max, I haven't finished about 5 months and it put me in a very bad situation just because she is very weak for her job and now the saler want to take my deposit and don’t give me the lease because they understood who was my solicitor and how she is weak but I left her and I take very good solicitor now .which she is fighting for my case.The case which Shaheen made it a case for me . in the beginning it was only routine for agreement .
I know Humd solicitors for over 10 years and always customer service and Thier advice was correct, special thanks to Mr Sajjad Malik, who's help us to through our emigration situation goes clear from very bad level and now we have citizens ship today thanks to his efforts????????????????????????
