Das Hotel ist ganz unproffesionel geführt mit ganz schlechten Service. Mein Hotelzimmer wurde ohne Grund und nicht gemäss früheren Email Bestätigung annuliert. Ich und meine 5-Köpfige Famielie mussten in einem 4-Personen Zimmer schlaffen. Ohne Entschuldigung und ohne Rückerstattung. Nicht zu empfehlen!
Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind nicht mehr neu, aber es fehlt nichts. Das Zimmer war gross genug und hatte viel Platz in den Schränken. Das Bad war gut eingerichtet, mit Lavabo, Dusche und WC, sowie einem Heizungsradiator für die Frottiertücher und Bodenheizung, dass man keine kalten Füsse bekommt. Das Frühstück im Restaurant ist im andern Haus, aber gut und genug.
Das Schloss zu unserem Zimmer hat etwas geklemmt, aber liess sich immer öffnen und schliessen.
Einfacher Chek-in (via Restaurant), es hat genügend Parkplätze, in den Zimmern gibt es ein W-Lan, sauberes Zimmer. Die Möbel und Einrichtungen sind nicht mehr sehr Zeitgemäss. Der TV ist okay. und die Flächen sind eher grosszügig bemessen.
Einfach gestaltet nichts besonderes die Zimmer. Leider war das Restaurant zu. Dennoch konnten wir ohne Probleme unsere Zimmer nutzen

I recently dined at Le Mont Rouge restaurant and had an overall enjoyable experience. The highlight of the lunch was undoubtedly the degustation menu, which featured an array of exquisite dishes that were expertly prepared and bursting with flavour. The chef’s attention to detail and culinary prowess were evident in every bite, and I was thoroughly impressed by the creativity and quality of the food.
Furthermore, I found the chef to be incredibly polite and friendly, taking the time to engage with diners. The atmosphere of the restaurant was enhanced by the spectacular views, providing a picturesque backdrop to the dining experience.
However, I was disappointed by the service provided by our server, who came across as somewhat rude and dismissive. Despite the outstanding food and ambiance, the server’s attitude detracted from the overall enjoyment of the lunch.
On a positive note, I found the prices to be reasonable considering the high quality of the food and the stunning location. Despite the minor setback with the server, I would still recommend Le Mont Rouge for its excellent cuisine, friendly chef, and breathtaking views.
