Didn’t arrive. No answer from their phone. They accept orders and mark them as delivering just to con you.
Ordered of deliveroo. Waited an hour after order was meant to arrive. It never did. They then lied to deliveroo saying it was delivered and left outside my house.
20 minutes to order to say not got half the menu
30 minutes then to wait for food,
2 staff on the phone the entire time chatting away

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered some food with them for delivery only for it never arrive and for them to have the gall to mark the order as delivered a mere five minutes before it would have been considered late enough for me to be entitled to a full refund. This is sadly not an isolated case as the numerous other reviews show, I really wish I had read them before ordering.
Avoid House of Kebab Nite at all costs, these guys just want to take your money and run every chance they get.
Ordered last week and hasn’t came. Waited more than two hours until I asked for a refund and canceled. Deliveroo asked me to wait couple of days till my refunds arrive. When I contacted deliveroo they weren’t able to help since the restaurant does rhere own delivery.
Ordered an hour before they closed, deliveroo said it would be delivered at midnight. Delivery time came and passed and I lost hope after reading reviews. 30 minutes after estimated delivery time I got a knock at the door! My order exactly as I wanted it including alcohol. Burger and chips were piping hot and drinks were cold!
Next time I need a quality order late night i'll be back! Thank you very much and thanks to the delivery driver!

Left their shop open on Deliveroo even though they were closed. Order never came, can't get through to the restaurant. Best thing to do is hope for a refund, which seems unlikely from other reviews. Not recommended.

I have been using Kebab Nite's online delivery service for quite some time now. At first I was very pleased with it, but recently I have been left waiting for my food for more than an hour on at least three occasions. The first time it happened, I called Kebab Nite and was told that the computer "was not switched on" and that my order had not been received because of it. The time after that I was told that the printer "was not switched on" and that my order had not been received due to that. Today, after again waiting for over an hour, I called the shop and the guy answering told me that the computer "was not working" and said that my order had not been received. He then read off my order without me even telling him what it was. How can he know what the order was for, if he had not received my order? I will not be using this place again.
