I do not recommend!!!! My friend's order a cake in this store las weekend. It was supposed to be a surprise for her birthday. And it was totally a disappointment, as you can see the cake is different from the cake we asked you to make. More different than outside was the cake inside, we asked that the cake had chocolate filling inside in which it was not added we also asked that it had only strawberries in which it was added without my request (blueberries, red berries).
Ordered a cake for my partner's birthday, it was both delicious and beautiful! Highly recommended ????

Beautiful cake and amazing service ordered on Monday and was ready by Saturday attention to detail was brilliant and I will deffo be ordering again thank you from the bottom of my heart you have made my daughters first birthday one to remember
No stars at all. No cake either!!!??March arrangements for a wedding cake accepted with Pat at House of Cakes in Aberdeen and all expected to be well for my son's wedding August 6th. Pat had told me all the decorations ordered and everything well..no problems...Pat would also deliver and set up cake for the wedding DEPOSIT TAKEN by Pat..went to a foreign account in a man's name?? Pat claimed was her husband?
April, May, June no communications returned July...no response from Pat!??
Does she exist? Is she ill? Numerous messages sent email,phone,text,Facebook. No response??
I have asked for my deposit back. No communications returned????

My partner has Multiple Sclerosis & is in care at Sue Ryder. As a young girl she lived in South Africa were she had a love of Giraffes. It was her birthday on the 17th October. I ordered through a friend a Giraffe themed cake. I was totally blown away with the end result. If you want a cake made look no further than House of Cakes 5 stars.
Cakes are good , 1st time ordering I got a choice of what I would like delivered but this time where I had asked for them to be delivered never got an option of what I'd like.
Their time keeping is shocking, 10/15min late okay that's just about acceptable but over 30min is not and without any notification etc. When delivered I said to driver * just away out as cant wait any longer as it would have been polite to have been told your running rather late & I had notified notified shop* His response * well we're here now* I will not be ordering from here again.
I made order last week for my birthday what had to be delivered on 12.03 this year at 1 pm but never been delivered, i send a message on instagram , then i called but no answer… after 3.30 I received a message shes in hospital but she will deliver my cake after this time … didn’t happened totally no recommend this , can ruin your day …
