Had a 3 night stay in Chester and got a takeaway one night. The food was tasty however I got the 'chicken Brocolli pizza' I was a bit disappointed as I couldn't taste any Stilton (I know it states only a touch of Stilton but I couldn't taste any). My partners meat feast was delicous ???? my garlic mint dip was in a huge pot where as my partners chilli dip was tiny and not worth the cost. Overall was tasty and would get from here again.
Placed an order at around 22:00 through Just Eat, waited outside from the Estimated time it gave. 22:55-23:15
Called up at 23:20 as it said it was delivered.
Was answered by a rude staff member who proceeded to tell me it was delivered, when it wasn’t. Said I “had no clue” and he has his own driver who has went home and said he would call me back, which he never did.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
Absolutely shocking, I expected better from Chester.
Food was cooked properly. The garlic dip tastes better than the generic stuff you normally get. Reasonablely priced, and food was delivered 20 minutes before estimated time.
After our long day out at Chester zoo yesterday we looked up places to eat. We found these guys on Google maps and wow aren't we glad we did! Has soon as we walked in we was greated with smiles. Given a menu and ordered. We sat down on one of the four tables that were available. We fully went expecting takeaway food, this was more like restaurant food!! We fully enjoyed the food, the kids meals were more than enough. The kids meal pizza is a must have! All staff members were friendly and didn't make you feel uncomfortable or rushed! I'd fully recommend this place to eat. Also I noticed behind the counter how amazingly clean everything was!! Cleanest please I've ever seen! Well worth my 5 stars ✨

We use Hotbox for delivery all the time. The food is always good quality and hot when it’s delivered to us which is something other takeaways struggle with! The cost is much better than a national company like Domino’s or Papa John’s plus the food tastes nicer! I know you can’t please all the people all the time but if we have friends over and we order from here everyone always comments how nice it is.
Lovely food. We ordered in just eat and collected.
