Lovely little friendly site. Great location too.
Small shower/Toilet block very clean as was the family one.
Lovely Fishing lake and helpful seasonal residents to advise.

Daniel was very welcoming, helpful and informative. Would recommend.
Great little place to stay. Wasn't bothered by anyone. Nice friendly place. Small shower room and toilet but didn't use it took own toilet and that anyway so it didn't matter. Only downside was pub wasn't open on site until Thursday night got there Monday. Great place dog friendly. Fishing should be free though because it is a small pond. I would stay there again
Returning after lockdown we were bowled over by the efforts these guys had made.
Smashing new playground for the kids and a pristine family changing room with walk-in shower for washing the Skeggy beach off!????
Lovely walks along the Steeping river (we didn't have the energy for the 3 Town one!) and, needing sustenance of course, Bateman's Victory was discovered...I went back on the Guinness as I wanted to remain conscious!????

Brilliant caravan park thanks to Tony and Maureen and Darren for making us so welcome we took our caravan yesterday and sitedi it with their help also great looking pub will be spending some time there also very clean at hollytree park
Lovely place to stay friendly nice lake plenty of events for everyone to enjoy ,when lockdown is over can't wait for all the events to take place again.

Do not serve food early part of week. Need to state this on opening hours and on Pitch-Up
