I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with every single member of staff here! Each and every one knew exactly the procedures to follow and executed these in a very proffesional manner..
The dentist was absolutely amazing at putting you at ease, and took the time to explain everything whilst also offering different options available for you. I particularly liked the fact I didn't feel pressured into making on the spot decisions.
I also felt they were genuine and not at all inclined to suggest unnecessary treatments.
Have been with this wonderful dentist since they opened. My teeth have without doubt been challenging. Friendly, clear explanation on all treatments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I absolutely trust this practice.
Original appt great, left message and was called back 3rd May, Covid measures in place, felt safe, needed to book to see hygienist and wad told that the in house lady on maternity and not booking until Aug. When I mentioned that I worked in K Lynn I was told I could book in there, only to be told the only way I could be seen was by a referral. 13 calls made messages left, no call back, still waiting for
either referral or to go on waiting list for in house hygienist!!!!!

I have been a patient here all my adult life and have had to attend several times recently and even been fitted in on the day (today) when in extreme pain. Both dentists (father and daughter) are brilliant and professional in their manner but caring and friendly at the same time. Their receptionists are helpful, welcoming and above all sympathetic. I travel from Norfolk to Holbeach for my dental treatment now but would not consider changing my dentist to somewhere closer and will continue to travel ☺

On a recent trip to the UK I required private dental services. I had been to this dentist a few years ago and found his work to be satisfactory. He had done a couple of crowns for me, which were very good, but when the porcelain veneers he put on my front teeth fell off a couple of weeks later, for no reason other than to save himself money, he replaced them with cheap shoddy composite, not porcelain.This time around I went to a prosthodontist in Cambridge for a quality service.
Used to use this dentist and when I called to book an appointment, they said I was no longer registered with Mr DuPlessis, no explanation, no apology and no more space to somehow accept me as a new patient. I had been bedridden for some time with a debilitating illness / disability and wonder if during that time, without contacting me to find out why I was unable to have regular checkups, if that is when they would have removed me as a patient, without my knowledge. It's a shame because Mr DuPlessis was a fantastic dentist.
Great dentist but unfortunately for the last two years been refused check ups due to Covid and everywhere else is accepting. Not answering the phones and not returning calls for urgent treatments.
