We only popped in for a quick drink on our way to the station for the train back to Chirk. Two and half hours later we had come last in the quiz but had a great evening. A lovely warm welcome, fab hospitality, reasonable drinks prices. Thanks guys Dawn & Jim (The Travelling Hillbillies)

Great venue for a pool match with a quality table
Very nice experience here in the way into town one evening to do some business recently. Nice lager to quench my thirst after all the important high level (and highly confidential) discussions. Nice place to relax.

Great beer choice on draught and bottle. Match day busy but the top bar was opened, tv on excellent view.
I went in here for the first time to watch some of the six nations rugby. Its a good bar with very friendly staff and a perfect pint of Guinness. I'd give it a try if I was you!
Great place- buzzing on matchdays and great quiz on Thursdays!
