Staff and drivers are always polite. The food is hit and miss, sometimes its nice sometimes it's not, tonight it was awful (shredded beef egg fried rice) , it tasted and looked like it was burned thrown in the bin took back out then dipped back in the fryer and then put in the carten drisled with a sauce which was also horrible and sold to me, I've thrown it in the bin, this is the last time I will buy from here as this has happened to many times.
Sadly the meals tonight were not good! Cantonese sweet and sour chicken......tough and sinewy chicken. Not much sauce. Smallest portion of prawn crackers I've ever bought! Husband took 2 mouthfuls then threw it in the bin! The dog finished my fried rice and chicken bits! Poor quality for the money.

Very quick delivery however the chicken was bone dry dread to think how many times it was refried. Very expensive for 2 mains which included sides chips and crackers. The orient at Rowlands gill is far better
Waited a hour & half for a very expensive Chinese for a little village, the spring rolls were like the size of your little toe, not sure if its a village thing as there's no other competition but its a very pricey Chinese thankfully newcastle has better value money
Not ordered from here since before covid, and unfortunately it's not on the just eat app, the meal was perfect, beef was tender and everything perfectly cooked
Lovely hot food. Good choice but very busy and sometimes a wait if you walk in off the street. Recommend you ring in order although they do delivery at a cost.
