Previously I have asked for advice from this company on the telephone and they have always been very helpful. Today was my first visit and what a pleasure it was! In my experience women are not always treated well in garages but I was greeted by really friendly staff. I also have confidence in HFS’s ability to carry out repairs and would highly recommend them.

I cannot fault the team here. We took our Ford Kuga to them with an ongoing fault which our local mechanic couldn’t fix. Initial attempts to solve were unsuccessful, but this was explained and to be honest we took the car back as we needed it for a long journey. Spoke to Tony as soon as the fault came back. He took the vehicle in as soon as we returned and fully sorted it. All the time the communication was clear, honest and customer focused. I could tell that they wanted to do a good job for us. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The car has been fine since they resolved the problem. It is hard to find people you trust, I’m so glad we found Ford motor specialist. We will continue to use them moving forward.
Could not recommend HFS highly enough. The owners are very personable and kind, and on top of this they provide excellent service. They were an excellent help to me and made me much less stressed thanks to their explaining the issues and what were the next steps clearly. You will not regret choosing them!
