I never write reviews but I had to because the people that work here have been so unhelpful, rude and time wasting. Avoid your prescription being sent here at all costs unless you want to feel upset and disregarded. Should be shut down in my humble opinion.
Blonde woman incredibly rude and delights in humiliating me. She could see I was close to tears and enjoyed my humiliation. Sadist.
I will never shop here again.
The pharmacist here is no help at all. I thought that pharmacies were supposed to be taking the burden off GP services. This guy’s complete lack of concern and empathy is shocking. He didn’t listen to me or look me in the eye and just said “Go to your Dr” and then retreated to the back of the shop. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. Appalling service.
I had an excellent experience here today. The pharmacists went out of their way to ensure that I had everything that I needed, were able to catch some errors in my prescription, and gave me samples of products I could try for the dry skin on my hands.
I can see a lot of bad reviews for this pharmacy but it looks to me like things have changed. They’re trying really hard and I would urge people to give them another go. I had a truly excellent experience.
Disgustingggg and rude, unprofessional Pharmacy. This pharmacy needs to be closed downnnn. I went to this pharmacy Sunday afternoon around 17.15pm to collect all of mine and my families prescriptions.
They first said delivery was not received, therefore I asked is there an alternative option the person serving me on the till said no and we can’t change what’s not prescribed I said ok, which he informed me to go to another pharmacy. I then said I would not make another pharmacy now and I had enough treatment for another day, when would be next delivery. I then get informed there will not be delivery on this specific lotion due to shortage everywhere, whilst the man on the till serving me the lady behind the counter, which I can only hear her voice not see her face, started speaking over us saying rather than wasting time talking go and find yourself another pharmacy, HOW RUDEEE. I got told at 17:25pm I Have to leave due to there is a urgent patient that has Cancer I said ok understandable but I’m a patient to and I’m heavily pregnant also my whole family has the same symptoms. The horrible, out of character lady had then closed all the switched off the lights on me whilst I was talking and said you have to leave, we are closing, all I was trying to understand how many lotions do I need to collect, on google the closing time is 17:30pm I said I still have 5mins, she closes the door on my face and locked up. I was so upset and angry with a lot of frustration, the fact they never even took into consideration that I am heavily pregnant. She actually told me to F**ck off coming from someone that has studied Medicine and is serving the vulnerable public, how shocking. I will be writing to Ombudsman about this, how disappointing. I also informed the police and I have a crime reference which will be stated on my ombudsman complaint.
They do not appreciate & value their customers. Who have supported them for many years, it seems that the pharmacist is under a lot of pressure or problems which the customers take the brunt of there frustration, a smile or a kind word doesn’t hurt when one comes in and asking for help. Many are elderly and staff get very upset when querying what happened to there medication, many within the tight knit community are leaving this Pharmacy and willing to travel further to other pharmacies for there prescriptions and manners.
void this pharmacy if you can! They treat you like a subjuct of income and not like a costumer. You might be sick all not feeling very well and they use that as your weakness. It is their opportunity to hide their mistakes or leziness …
I would like to point at middle age blond costumer service women who sad infront if for herself “stupid” about doctor mistake on prescription, arrogantly she asked when I was born and she did it very strong over scratches to virrect the dictor’s mistake. Later I find out over the phone and without any apology, like “sorry” “ I am sorry to tell you that … “ “ I apologise but ..,” that I have to go back to hospital 1 hour away by car for new prescription,
I just would like to mention. It is special mecication that I waited for 3 years, so please imagine how important was that for me..
This pharmacy do not have any sence of empathy towards people who walks in, most of the time in hard life time …
Please spread my words and instead recommend other pharmacy that are there for people and not for profits.
Absolutely terible customer service and NO compassion whatsoever from the pharmacy staff, when trying to speak with them they scarcely even bother to look at you when talking, rude blunt responses. I feel sorry for the lady at the till who clearly is the only one with an ounce of humanity in that place.
