it was nice experience, 1st time here at Havana. I ordered a milk shake it was a little bit hard but when I asked them they made a new one for me. Good Customer service.
I ordered off them almost a year ago. It was Ramadhan(Blessed month for Muslims, where we fast from Dawn to dusk)and I decided I would order a burger meal for when the fast has ended. The food arrived and it had a hair in it, I called up to explain how I hadn't prepared anything else and I was very disappointed. The person on the phone explained they cannot come out and deliver another meal and that I would have to come and get it or the next time I come I will get a free meal. Having a infant at the time and no car I was unable to go a collect the food, I explained and was told there is nothing they can do. . I was shocked at the terrible customer service skills, they did not even try and solving the issue. I never ordered off them again, the first and last time!
Today I went to the restaurant, I was order burger with meal but they served me chicken strip. Then I went there and told the waiter but he couldn’t able to understand maybe because of his language barrier. Then he served me burger, I was order chicken extra spicy burger but in the burger there wasn’t any sauce only meynis. When I asked the waiter, did you put spicy sauce in my burger he said to me yes and was laughing with other costumers who was waiting to order and criticized me. The food and serving was absolutely ridiculous. Also, I was order 2 sauce one extra spicy one meynis but the waiter was give me one then I said to him to give 2 but he asked me you want two like the way he was acting like shock then he gave me 2 sauce. I was a regular customer there before specially for extra spicy burger but now it is absolutely horrible, disgusting and ridiculous. After all I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody because I don’t want people to go there and get disappointed like me.
Never again ordered just before Ramadan 2 meals for pick up but once home was missing a chicken wrap so I asked them to deliver it they said it’s too late and there’s no drivers so I asked for a refund since Ramadan starting as I won’t be having takeout anytime soon they go we don’t do refunds
The food was banging broooo, burger was fully loaded. Check my video out, damnnnnn broooo. Proper burger bro proper burger. The sauce was saucy. The fries were hella fried (in a good way), I got a spjcy burger, it was dipped in some mad Sauce, hella drip drip dripping, Raat Guzni ni it was too nice. The boys who work there, top lads proper service, not stingy business just first class portions. I loved it big up to you man.
Extremely disappointed with the delivery service from [Havana Burgers &Sgakes]. Ordered at midnight, waited over an hour for delivery, and was told it would take 20 more minutes despite being less than 1.5 miles away. Unacceptable!

I’m a regular customer there at least 3 times a week never complained about the food, unfortunately I went in there asking for a donation for Palestine the guy behind the counter gives me a pound then takes it back then puts it back in the till, what kind of human being does that, if you don’t want to give that’s fine why humiliate someone.
Never going there again
