Good, honest and fair - exactly what you want in a garage. I took my car in (Feb 2024) with a breaks issue, knowing what the problem was and what it should cost to fix. The team at Norman Hand identified and resolved the issue and didn’t overcharge at all, very reasonable and they did a solid job of it. I’d recommend this place to my mum.

I was looking for a good mechanic, my father-in-law who used to look after our cars. One of his friends suggested Norman. So I tried him out with a service. Very reasonable price for a winter service. A month or so later my abs system service light came on. Norman booked it in. I’m pleased I found a real mechanic who will fix things rather than other garages who read the codes and just swap items out until the error clears. He was able to find the broken part replace it and get me on the road again in just a days work. Great to find a mechanic who is trustworthy and very reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend his garage.
Great garage and staff, very helpful and always try to help with motoring problems. No matter how big or small the problem is they always go the extra mile to help. Fitted in quickly for recent exhaust problem, parts ordered and fitted the next day. Great service and very helpful staff, especially Norman.
