Had my MOT done today by these guys, they were flexible with appointments and did the job quickly for me. Freindly when i went in so all in all deserves a 5* review.
Car I bought from them broke down within 2 weeks, they told me fixing it wasn’t in the warranty. Charged me for “fixing issue” twice but still had the same serious engine issue where the car just stops or goes in to limp mode on the dual carriage way.
Bit gutted really , I used this garage on 5 occasions with 5 different vehicles and 3 passes (many, many advisory’s )and two fails. I do believe they fish for work. My Honda CR-V failed on the 16th of January 2024
Tested today 06/02/24 and passed but with 4 or 5 advisory’s that were not on the test by a different garage only a few weeks ago. I asked why and the bald guy just shrugged his shoulders with no real explanation
I can safely say I won’t be using them again at all. On the advice of a local reputable welding firm I would try and use an MOT only centre that do not carry out repairs as you do wonder are they fishing.
