I just so happened to be passing through and needed to find a local pharmacist. I was relieved to see one, especially because it was on the main, noticeable road. I got what I wanted, but the woman behind the counter looks a little frosty. A smile for a new customer surely doesn't cost anything. :)
Got my prescription with no trouble at all but felt I was an inconvenience to the young girl on shift. I understand that they may get a hard time from the public but I went in polite and cheerful. She couldn't even crack a smile. Don't work with Joe public if you can't at least fake a grin.
Would have been a 5.... but if you phone them you have to go through a computerised message service. Staff are friendly and reasonably good at their jobs. RX is normally complete and correct. Only once did they fail a complete RX, which wouldn't be bad but I phoned ahead asking for my tablets to be ordered so I'd have them all when I picked them up on sat (phoned on Monday prior) all in all very pleased.
Less than impressed they were shut on Saturday before BH. Staff were given 3 weeks notice so I missed out on the notification of the new hours.
Very rude customer service. Walked in without mask,because by the government regulations, it is not compulsory to wear them anymore. i was asked to move back to the entrance, and wait until one of the ladies get things for me. Felt very uncomfortable and discriminated (i do have an exempt card). it was my first and last time shopping in there.

Waiting time can kill you. For one medicine I was waiting just 40 minutes. Staff were doing all but doesn't care about 2 customers. Another thing why if one person took the prescription can't deal with it but need to pass to another person. That person again give it to next etc.
Poor service, first they haven't got the tablets said they would be delivered the next day. But No, they wasn't check in time for the delivery driver, so they left a 84 year old with no tablet for 48 hours. When if they call I could have collected them. No one would even wait 5 minutes, to give me time to get there.
Came to get some medicine for my daughter was told can't give the medicine this chemist is ridiculous poor customer service very rude
