This branch is a mess - extremely disorganised. I witnessed so many things go wrong while waiting and my own appointment even though confirmed by text and email was not on their records. Taking a day off and travelling 1.5 hours to just be told 45 mims after waiting (and reporting myself to the reception) that the midwife wasn't even there today and they have a problem with the system. And then they tried to intimidate me by saying I didn't bring my notes with me! What would it have changed??? I was in tears after this experience.
Visited this health centre to get a blood test done. Upon arrival reception was friendly.
Nurse Karen was kind and attentive. I am grateful for the positive experience.
Lovely, clean and helpful practice. Very pleased with reception, a lady called Debbie was extremely helpfulp, and the other practionors there. The ultra sound lady and the physiotherapy chap.
Went for an ECG and was refused a copy of the ECG which is a clear breach of the law (UK GDPR). Will report them to UK ICO.
I would give no stars. Honestly very poor unfriendly unwelcoming service provider. I came here for a referral to E&T. On arrival i was running slightly late but was made more late by an obstruction at the reception doors a man was struggling to walk so a few people were made to wait for him to clear doorway.
I was basically told to leave and book another appointment as if I hadn't already been waiting weeks for an appointment to have my ear checked.
There was no other patient waiting at the time to be seen by an E&T doc so they could have easily just seen me quickly instead i was not given any help and just bluntly told there is 'nothing they can do'. Pretty slack if you ask me.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR REFERRALS. THEY DONT CARE
My Daughter and her children are patients at this surgery.
Every time her young child of 1 years old has been seen by a GP here, my daughter always ends up in either A&E, or has to ring 111, then told to take her to be seen elsewhere.
I think as professionals in the medical field, your surgery either needs more qualified Doctors, or be more thorough when flippantly concluding the outcome of my Granddaughters results in the end.
Absolutely appalling service.
Receptionist was terrible. Was taking a personal call when we arrived so was distracted. Waiting for one and a half hours with my 92 year old mother for her to see a podiatrist. Turns out the Receptionist didn't put her arrival in the computer system so the podiatrist wasn't aware we were there.
Not one to usually complain, genuinely don’t have the time to but this instant I had to make time and effort as I was gobsmacked by the way the doctor behaved and showed so little interest in my discomfort. I really do hope I never ever get referred to that practice again.
