Had my E36 in for a loom rebuild and a stereo fitting. Absolutely spot on repair and fitting, in a timely manner too. Also, when the stereo failed 2 weeks later (no fault of there's), they invited me back that same day and swapped out the stereo fuse completely free of charge. Really great service.

Fantastic service and lovely people. I struggle to trust garages, but these guys solved a power drain issue on my Honda Civic, they went above and beyond to source used parts to fix it too, sadly due to it being a 2006 model, the used parts didn't work either so we just went without Bluetooth. But the fact they tried all they could meant a lot.
Will be coming here for ANY electrical issue I have in the future.

They have recently misdiagnosed problems with my car, have made me pay out in excess of £400 for said repairs. When you're booking things, they get back to you quickly. Now I'm trying to speak to them about issues and faults, they're not being compliant. They won't provide me with an email address, won't send me an invoice through (I assume as I've paid in cash, they're trying to avoid the tax man) and will not answer phone calls. Do not use!!!
The worst car dealer.
Am really annoyed and frustrated with this car dealer. I travelled all the way from London to buy a van in September 2019. We double checked with the seller about the vehicle and he gave us all false informations. The van started to give problems from the next day after we brought it home. We tried to contact the seller and he never picks our phone since September. Such a cheater. We have spent over £1000 till todays date and the problem is still not solved. They are the cheap and fraud sellers. The man doesn't speak proper English and everyword he speaks is a lie. He gives a fake hand written receipt and deals only with cash for his safety. Please avoid this place and dealing with him. He is a fraud.
Brilliant service. They fixed two very complex electrical problems with my BMW through thorough investigation, understanding of the problems and ideal solutions. Extremely happy with the service and strongly recommend.l
