We somehow ended up in an accessible room, that was quite large. Quite good breakfast.
The bar/restaurant hours are quite limited. The hotel has a water taxi mooring but you'll need a car to be able to move around the area.
Checkout time is 9am which could be considered quite early but the staff was able to give some extra time
We visited for the Rewind festival: remember to double and triple check in advance the days and hours of the water taxi service by Hobbs of Henley if you plan to use it, as in our case nobody was able to provide reliable information.
Stunning location and amazing rooms. Can't knock it at all! All the staff were so so lovely and friendly too!
I was at the business school on a course so this was the perfect place to stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff are always polite and attentive. I'll be staying here again.
Stunning place... but rooms are allocated randomly when booking a few rooms In advance. Some staff had a 3rd floor room in the new block with balcony, while some was ground floor looking at an unkempt courtyard

This hotel is in the Henley Business School campus. The campus is serene and beautiful, exactly how the environment in an institution of higher learning should be. I enjoyed overhearing conversations amongst students winding down at the bar and restaurant at the end of the day. Food is great, and thanks for the hospitality as well.
Went to a wedding reception here and stayed in a room for 2 nights. It's in an idyllic setting, which is spirituality elevating. Administration is really efficient and personable. Food was really so good and allergies and intolerances well provided for. On top of all that the staff were extremely eager to help, pleasant and friendly. I could live there.
Lovely hotel, The staff on reception brilliant helpful the customer service and help from them 100%. Beautiful relaxed place to stay, breakfast 10/10 returning yes super hotel.
