I have known Trevor as a friend for many years but it wasn’t until a few years ago when my wife and I needed to use his professional services as a mortgage broker to buy a property on a buy to let basis.
He successfully helped us in securing the right mortgage for us and fundamentally create a retirement fund set up with this one deal.
More recently, Trevor came once again to the rescue when one of our deals came to an end and he secured a fantastic 2yr fix with a top high street bank, with a huge interest rate cut from the old deal.
