We are just about to move property’s after 2.5 years renting and from my first enquiry to my last Kirsty the tenancy manager has been nothing but fantastic. Every single conversation I have had with her has made me feel at ease and well looked after, I can’t recommend her service enough she is a credit to not only the company but the industry.
Great service from Jonathan, Jacquie & all the team at both Sutton & Boldmere Branches. From initial visit & valuation to completion of both sale and purchase every step of the process was managed perfectly taking all the stress. The service I have received from Green & Co has been outstanding from the moment I viewed the property I wanted right through to the day I picked up my keys. I mainly spoke with Jacquie along the way and she was fantastic and kept me updated regularly about how everything was progressing. Luis was also kind enough to meet me at the property before it was officially mine and let me in to measure the bedrooms, so I could order some furniture. From the very start of my home buying journey, the team at Greens have been amazing. They have held my hand through what could otherwise have been an extremely stressful experience and they have made things seamless and transparent. Communication has been excellent and I have felt the whole way through that they have made the vendors and I feel that we’re working towards a shared goal. Greens have been fantastic in selling my property so far. When my first sale fell through unexpectedly, we were very worried about the impact of this on our upwards sale. Within twenty minutes, Jacquie had reassured me and lined up another 4 viewings - all of which we felt were well selected for the property and were in a position to act quickly to fix the chain. We managed to complete the viewings, deal with offers and fix the chain within two working days and I’m so thankful for Jacquie’s quick response. The sale process is still ongoing for us but I’m very grateful and thankful for the support we have received and continue to receive from Greens and would always recommend them to others.
