I took my car in to get a tyre changed, when I received my vehicle back, the tyre bolt was drilled so far in, I’m now left having to damage my alloy to get the bolt off. The garage will not accept any responsibility for causing the damage even though they were the last ones to touch my wheel bolt. Would never use this garage again and they have total disrespect for their customers.
fitted me in next day as literally no other garage had availability for 2-3 weeks and no one really wanted to deal with the fault I had! repaired my doors in few hours and all ready for MOT in couple days! literally saved me failing the MOT! and the reception lady was so friendly and welcoming! couldn't thank enough!
Seems the family run business swapped hand Nov 2021. Rang up to book both my cars in for an MOT, the guy barely spoke English, told me the time he can fit it in, took my phone number and put the phone down on me, obviously not interested with me booking in my other car. Judging by the many 1 star reviews since the it went into different hands, ill save myself the grief and wont use these guys anymore. Pity as ive been using them for almost 15 years.
Just had MOT and service and I must say that this is a top garage to get work done and they know what they are doing the Mot chap was lovely and really helpful £25 for MOT is a bargain
Danny stripped my minibus and put new fly wheel and clutch kit in it. Repaired gearbox and buit back up with no problems at all at the minute driving 100% perfectly. We'll done Danny and staff. Danny is a ok chap who loves to have a laugh with you. Keep up the good work. And the young girl on reception is pretty good at her job and very friendly keep it up.
I have been using this garage for years and last week my car went in to see if could be repaired sadly it could't. They said they could arrange for a scrap yard to collect it for me which was obviously easier but I didn't realise they would keep the money from the scrappy which I know is at least £100. I will never use this garage again I feel ripped off. I've never looked at their rating before I strongly recommend looking on line for a trusted garage near you with a good star rating.

Clearly under new management! Took my car in for a repair recently, had the car for a day and called me to say it was fixed, paid the money, only to discover on the way the fault clearly wasn't fixed. Took the car back the next day, after having the car all day again they couldn't fix the issue, said they had done all they could and refused to refund my money, take it from me DO NOT USE, you will regret it!
I have visited this garage onseverdl occasions for MOT's constantly recommending people. I had my 1st service there not impressed sumo nut was not tightened oil leaked everywhere, the AA sorted it. Spoke to the garage and was you'd " sorry about it l always check myself to ensure they are tight dont know what happened that time, I'll look into it ,sorry" l dont feel they appreciate the consequences of this had my engine ceased due to the oil leaked out!!!! No other feed back from them????. !!!!!
