Best pharmacy in Letchworth, so glad I swapped to this one. I’ve had problems everywhere I’ve been with the meds I need (always needs to be ordered in), would get told it’s ready when it wasn’t, or given dates way past the time it’s required with weeks and weeks notice. No problems here! Finally an honest pharmacy with friendly and caring staff, 10/10 :)
Whenever I go in for my repeat prescription, it's always chaos and customers have to shout their name out & the name of their medication as well as DOB and address-- not good data protection. The blonde ladies have also laughed between themselves when I've had to say my surname so I have felt very intimidated and upset at times because my name isn't English-- it's racist.
The gentlemen however are always very nice when advising you about the medication-- it's just the women who are incredibly rude.
I always use the Grange Pharmacy as I find their services extremely reliable, I can order my prescriptions with the pharmacist, the online prescription is always there on time for me to collect.
They open every week day until 6pm and Saturday they open till 1.30pm which is really handy for me with working etc
They have a delivery service if you are unable to collect your regular medications.
They also have a really good selection of cosmetics and over the counter remedies and if you just need some medical advice they are always happy to assist.
Have always found them to be friendly and helpful. Recently needed some advice and the pharmacist’s advice saved me from trying to get a doctors appointment. Would recommend this pharmacy.
Lady with short bleached blonde hair is very rude to customers & staff. Customers have to shout their name out & the name of their medication. Staff should come to the counter to service, not shout across the shop. Not good data protection!
