Not for the first time, today I have had objectionable customer service from this pharmacy, not from the pharmacists themselves may I add, but the rude counter staff. And I cannot fathom why any high street pharmacy would be 'closed for lunch' during the lunch period when customers may only be able to visit in that timeframe. There is an abundance of staff in this store. Frankly, it is ridiculous.
Goode is good for prescriptions, terrible for prices.

I have never experienced such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy. Over the years I have lived in many different places, with different GP surgeries and linked pharmacies. However, this is simply the best. Everybody who works here is helpful, kind, understanding and efficient. I never have any problems with prescriptions here. If I ever have any health concerns or queries for my family or I, I do not hesitate in visiting the pharmacists here for advice. The whole Goode-team are absolutely fabulous; always on-hand with professional advice and assistance. Fabulous service, thank-you to you all.
I am reviewing the Goode pharmacy in Twickenham, which I had been unfortunately used for more than two years, for myself, and also for my husband and my mother, two disable people I am caring for.
During all this period I was obliged to lose hours, discussing the list of medications we needed to order. When we changed the surgery to the York Medical centre, the situation became even worst. Almost every time the pharmacy was blaming the new surgery that they supposedly had not sent the prescription on time, despite this being untrue (which was easy to verify via relevant logs) – a feeble attempt to cover for their own mess.
Moreover, even making the order a week before the medications ended, following the recommendation of the pharmacy, the medicaments were never ready on time for collection and I was obliged to wait for hours inside the pharmacy, calling the surgery to check that the prescription is sent.
The last time I was forced to wait for more than two hours, this after having ordered everything two weeks before coming to collect the prescriptions, AND confirming on the phone that everything was ready for collection. They not only blamed the surgery yet again, but also kept me there waiting until closing time, at which point, after my raising very obvious concerns as to how the situation was unfolding, they threatened to call the police without any recognition of their fault at yanking me about.
Overall, the service is unhelpful, rude, and aggressive, with very little consideration about their customer.
I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years not only because of the large selection of cosmetics for hair care, but also because of the kind employees, and in particular Kamila who always takes time to talk to me and advice me on hair products. I will definitely continue coming to this pharmacy because of that amazing personalised service.
I have used C Goode Pharmacy for over 30 years. All the staff are very highly professional and genuinely care about my needs as a customer. They are able to give full and professional advice concerning all aspects of my health care. The pharmacy has even been open during the Covid lockdowns and it still maintained its exceptionally high standards of customer care and service. I would never consider going to another pharmacy as I know how good the staff are at looking after both my and other customers' requirements.
Very disappointed with the service they Must have too many customers and can’t keep up . I will change chemist as plenty out there who actually are friendly and smiling when you ask them for advice . Each time I went there for my repeat prescription they could never get it right also it clearly said on my notes what I can or not have so frankly not brilliant for a chemist as medicines have serious side effects and you should not compromise your customers health. I don’t think it is asking for too much from a chemist to make sure his customer safe with their medications.
