Great service from all staff and doctors!
First of all congratulations to come on best GP in Stoke on Trent. I am patient of this surgery over a year now. I am very happy with the staff and reception and the GP's in this surgery. I would mention the names of few who I have met and found them very friendly and professional peoples in this surgery. Lynn at reception is great lady who is always happy to help and very kind lady.
Dr. Chandra is the head of the GP and is very nice person and always very helpful and keen to listen patient's. Also I would like to talk about DR. Goyal Father & Son) they are two doctors but I have seen few time Dr. Goyal (Father) he is the kindest person I have ever met. I will give 10 out 10 to this surgery the best ever I had after Dr. Singh of Tunstall Surgery.

Moved to this surgery 8 months ago, just had my first appointment. Extremely impressed. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, friendly and efficient nurse and brilliant doctor. So glad we moved here.
10am appointment allowed in at 10.10am so not too bad but was drizzling and nowhere to be undercover. It seemed everyone had 10am appointment but didn't have to wait too long. Had to wait in reception for 15 mins after booster but would say that it was done and dusted at a good pace. Husband had his appointment later but was allowed to go in earlier as there was no queue so very pleased about that. Overall very welcoming and staff pleasant.
Dr seems more interested in being the local Tory councillor than being an actual GP .
Asked about help with depression told to talk to my psychiatrist because he doesn't deal with mental health very short and no bedside manner. Changed drs surgery after that. Really was angry about that
I have had good care from the Doctor this morning ????
