Never visited here before, but passed by & decided to pick up a meal. Staff were very friendly and the food was great. The bean curd was so light and the egg fried rice was absolutely delicious. It’s a shame we don’t live nearer but if we’re out that way again we will be back. I would recommend.

I have used this takeaway for 40 years and had really good food and service. However since former manager, Jack, retired the quality has declined. In Jan 2024 I had a meal that was greasy and lacked flavour, thinking they just had a bad day I tried another meal a few days later. This was even worse, the noodles were swimming in grease, the meal was really salty and was only luke warm. After a 5 week gap I went there again last night and mentioned the previous bad meals but the response was basically "so what" - not very helpful. The House Special Curry I had was particularly bland and had a slick of orange grease floating on top of the meal. They've had time and chances to improve the standards but seemingly chosen not to. 3 strikes and out as far as I'm concerned, such a shame after all these years.

Chicken was cooked to perfection in curry and chicken balls. Soft, white and melt in your mouth.

Such a good Chinese in Winchester. I really love the Kung Pao Chicken and spring rolls! The food is made so fast too from ordering.
The food was delicious with good portions.All staffs are very friendly. Hygiene 10 out of 10.
