Having just moved to Stowmarket and not knowing how good the takeaways are here I decided to take a chance on the Golden Garden, turned out to be a good choice. I ordered King Prawn Curry, Egg Fried Rice and Vegetable Spring Rolls. With delivery the price came to £17.10 which I thought was a tad pricey, however the food was very good, tasty and hot and delivered within the half hour quoted. I will definitely make Golden Garden my go to Chinese takeaway from now on. Ordered on 2/08/2023.
Having tried every Chinese in stowmarket, this is always our go to now. Food is always delivered in good time, is hot and tasty. The delivery guy is so lovely too.
Fantastic food. One of the staff members went out of their way without being asked to come deliver our fortune cookies after already having our meal delivered!

I ordered a mixed meat noodles with spring rolls and I have been loosing liquid from my rear end faster than i can hydrate myself again. I would definitely avoid this at any cost. Not worth the 2-3 days of rusty water.
First Chinese meal in the UK to celebrate a birthday. Delicious and so much food, will be making 2 meals out of it. Great service as well!
We ordered from here this evening for dinner and my girlfriend 30 mins after finishing her food is throwing up and pale. We took a closer look and the chicken was really not cooked. I also am experiencing stomach pains. I would avoid at all costs.

Awful! Chicken fried rice?? No it was literally boiled rice with chicken defrosted in the microwave! So bland and beige! Slimey chicken in oyster sauce was so tasteless , not edible! Really disappointed!
