Stopped here to break up a long journey. Both had a jacket potato. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Service with a smile and full tummies all round.
I love both the gnoll and the gnoll cafe. It's a great place for all members of the family. The only fault of it is the parking costing too much so if you don't have the ability to wall miles then you have to pay a ridiculous cost for a parking ticket. Luckily, I can walk from where I live. But I have family members who can't. So it ends up being preferable to go somewhere where it is free to park. But for me personally, I enjoy the walking donit doesn't affect me so i have alot of enjoyment from the gnoll. Also, the outside eating area is perfect for the dog. Every time I go there I eat outside in all the weather and never get soaked, cold or even sunburned! I love the new shelter!
To Neath Port Talbot Council, well done on adding the outside area. But please re think parking charges and bring back the scooters! This will enable more members of the public to enjoy it.
Really poor food and drink offering. Totally soulless, and no atmosphere inside the cafe. This is such a shame as the park itself is lovely. Where's the proper barista hot drinks and fresh food? Very few healthy options at the moment. It's mostly cheap and nasty rubbish. NPT Council are really missing a trick with this place. They need to go visit places like Dare Valley Park and see the cafe there. Give the place a major refurbishment and overhaul the menu. It could be a real asset to the area.
After a fantastic day with the Disney Princesses, I'm now here vomiting for the past hour or so. It is no coincidence that it was around 20 minutes after I ate the hotdog from the cafe I started to go downhill. I believe (but can't prove,) that they were left out a long time, along with the horrendous chips.
Quite busy as was park run but lovely coffee
Cafe shuts at half 5 but apparently stops doing hot food at 16:20. Very disappointing and rude staff member.
Large park loads to do 2 massive ponds full of wildlife dog friendly and huge cafe with indoor and outdoor seating there is also childrens Park and adventure park
Fantastic service, staff were great, food was superb
