My father had a telephone appointment with the doctor , he hasn't been well for weeks ! To be told today that he has a chest infection , wow the doctors in this practice are wonderful to be able to give him this diagnosis over the telephone ! As my father told the doctor its not just his chest he's concerned with , but was told take antibiotics for a week then ring again ? . Could I please make an telephone appointment to have next week's lottery numbers please as you seem to be able to read the future now also .
I have had a few issues with this place over the past year. Now I know its not the overall staff at the practice but a few members who have ruined it for me.
Its come to the point that I have anxiety when ringing the reception, as I feel that I will be met with sarcasm or just made to feel bad about calling in the first place.
I didn't get the help I needed, and will be transferring to a different practice.

I wasn't offered several options, and I didn't decline a face to face appointment I declined a face to face with that particular doctor. Your doctor also abruptly shut the phone after saying "bye" in a rude way without giving me a chance to discuss what she would be doing in the next appointment, I then called back the receptionist to find out what the doctor would be doing and was given a vague response. Thus the 1 star review.

I have to share my opinion of Glyn Ebwy Surgery with others. The Staff are in my opinion quite exceptional every one of the girls on reception are pleasant
helpful and courteous. The new Triage phone system has always worked for me and understandable in these exceptional times well done all of the staff and a personal thank u from me
I have moved around quite a lot, so have been to many surgeries, this is by far the worst surgery I have attended. Appointments are never on time,shortest wait I have had was 55 minutes late. While some Dr's are knowledgeable here, it is hit or miss, often you come out of here quite sure you have been fobbed off or the Dr didn't quite know what he was talking about.
Went into the doctors with lower back pain and was sent for X-rays on the wrong part of my back, when I returned for my results I was told that there was nothing wrong with my back and was told to self refer for physio while I was under the age to be able to do so. I was later told by a private physio what was wrong almost as soon as they had taken a look at my back.
For some reason no one at this surgery seems to be able to listen or understand that they made a mistake and that’s not the patients fault.
How can they make life so difficult when they are supposed to help
Due to many health issues I'm often at the doctors or get a call back. The doctors are amazing.
Came in as an emergency barely able to breath and I am still waiting, been an hour now and still nothing.
