Just spoke to Chris who was an extremely pleasant gentleman about my (new to me) Saab. He seemed very knowledgeable about Saabs & advised me on the repairs I requested. I have booked in for a diagnosis of my fault and look forward to seeing you soon : )
I have had my Saab serviced and repaired at Glebe Motor Services for many, many years. This month my car had a serious fault which meant it was not driveable. Jeff methodically diagnosed the involved fault and ordered the necessary parts without delay and the car was quickly repaired and back on the road. I highly recommend Glebe Motor Services to all Saab owners.
Got my Saab 9-3 2.0 aero's timing chain and balancing chain changed. The price was way cheaper than what other garages quoted me for and what I love about Jeff is he quoted by the hour it takes to do the job, not by price. Will definitely recommend to all Saab owners and even other brands! Thanks Jeff and the lovely office manager!
I have used Glebe Motors for 8 or so years now to MOT both my cars Mercedes & our company Vans, they have carried out diagnostics and repairs where main dealers cant resolve. Reinforces trust in using a small business that have strong hands on engineering knowledge in what they do. Booking is so simple - you call them and speak to reception - really is unbelievable this day and age !

Thought I'd try this Saab garage as the one I usually use is out in Hertfordshire with poor public transport links. Service was good, but the receptionist displayed a level of rudeness rare these days. I said I wasn't happy at being charged £175 for an oil change, and she said I should go elsewhere in future. Something she repeated before I left. I mean, that is how it works - I will go somewhere else in future. Nice to see business is so good they can turn people away.
I used this garage on a recommendation, even though it was further from other garages from my house. When purchasing my car I was told it may need new brakes and discs. The staff were very helpful, and prompt in checking the fault. They also found a discrepancy in MOT status online. It came to be that I already had new brakes and discs installed in the car! Also to my amazement they didn’t even charge me a penny for their help. I have two vehicles at home and will be using this establishment from now on. Thanks Glebe!
