Excellent place to visit. It 3rd highest point in UK. Difficult to find a parking for car near the spot, But you can huge parking away from the spot, (25 minutes walk). Huge difficult to the highest point of the peak, but 1000s of visitor reach this point, and enjoy this beautiful view...
Beautiful clean lake and an amazing treat on the way back down from the Snowdon summit. It is quite cold though but worth a swim. Back drop is beautiful as you float around on the surface.

Snowdon is perhaps the easily accessible to a variety of people with varying fitness levels. One of the easiest paths is the miners path and this lake is a gem in the route. The lake looks brilliant enough at the base but looks even more splendid from the top. If you are more of runner then running around the lake is definitely something one should consider
What a walk even to here on way to summit of Snowdon! Thank goodness the coastguard was only practicing this time. Their skill is breath taking.
