This pharmacy would NOT take my daughter’s prescription. Now she has to go without her eczema cream. The weather is not helping her poor sore body and these EVIL people gave no reason to why they wouldn’t take her prescription. Absolutely disgusting. I would NOT recommend this Pharmacy if you need any kind of help.
Wow what staff we have in this chemist I've used other chemist's over the years but these are top marks, polite, helpful, go out of their way for all or any of ur needs I can't fault them In any way at all I think they don't get enough credit for there work -no way! I use Gill Pharmacy and I can say the staff are really helpful and interested to help highly recommended
The staff here are absolute darlings. Nothing is too much trouble and their approach is very professional. The opening hours are similar to most small independent places, it's a 9am to 6pm day Monday till Friday, with an early 2pm close on Saturday & closed Sunday... which is sufficient to be fair. I've never waited more than 10 minutes here for anything, Gills is well staffed so it is almost always possible to speak to whichever staff member you require, even the pharmacist on duty. One other thing I find helpful is that I have never had to deal solely with a locum pharmacist on any visit. There is always a 'regular' staff member on hand, and I have found this invaluable as I do require a number of meds at times,
I'm giving them a full house of 5★ because I have never received anything other than a 5★ service.

Gill Pharmacy is on the top end of ROOKERY RD HANDSWORTH & is almost on the Corner. My personal experience puts this Local Pharmacy on the Top level of Delivering Outstanding Customer Service Every time. Inside the Pharmacy there Pharmacists readily available for. Advice and Guidance above All the STAFF ARE VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, Professional & Considerate. GILLS ALSO HAVE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS DELIVERY SERVICE WHICH IS EXCELLENT
