Yesterday I went to have two wisdom teeth out under sedation. All the staff were amazing, so friendly, kind and put me at ease straight away.
The procedure which was 20 mins seemed like 5 and was over with super quick!
Would highly recommend if you are anxious about going to the dentist!
We had the best experience yesterday. My 7 year old daughter had an appointment booked after being sent by her normal dentist - and she was quite nervous! The dentist we had was so kind, softly spoken and quick and efficient. The nurses/ other ladies in the room supporting him were so lovely! They were telling my daughter in language appropriate for her what would happen, giving me the information I needed and kept things light and fun. They were signing along to the radio, asking my daughter questions and giving her such sweet compliments and encouragement. Both of us went in nervous and came out giggling. I’d recommend coming here to anyone!
When you arrive beware that if you aren’t from the area like I wasn’t it’s a bit tricky to park, if you drive past the big sign that says Gibraltar house carpark, you’ll find a large carpark and not far on the same road another much quieter one behind it.
The care was outstanding, my daughter needed two fillings and we were both nervous. They put us completely at ease and my daughter came out saying how much fun it was! Amazing care from everyone we dealt with, can’t thank them enough.
Having had a horrific experience with my daughter at a different dental practice, I was pretty anxious about my daughter being booked in for 2 fillings under inhalation sedation. I really didn’t need to be though as the staff at Gibraltar house were amazing! They talked through every single step of the procedure and put my daughter at complete ease! (And myself!)

I went today for to a tooth extraction under sedation. And I was a nervous wreck because of previous experiences.
And the staff we were a amazing. I got a little overwhelmed before going in and the nurse noticed. I can't remember her name unfortunately but she was soo kind and reassured me. The dentists who looked after me during the procedure were kind and chatty and they put me at ease. And I was in and out within the hour.

My daughter had sedation for the removal of her teeth. They were quick and had no problems after the procedure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpark is quite small but there is a carpark not too far away.
I am so appreciative of the work Jo Bren and Wendy did today I can’t put into words how thankfull and grateful I am! I would of gave my organs to fix my daughters tooth. After previous failed visits I thought today would be the same again. But no, you were all absolutely fantastic with our daughter and I am sooooo grateful!!

Very rude and uncompassionate service provided by receptionist Vivian. How people who work in a caring profession show absolutely no care or humanity to patients whatsoever is beyond me. I would not recommend this surgery.
