Collected my Audi RS5 after having repairs carried out on it. When booking my car in the team discussed my options, diagnosed the problems and told me the options I had. They used genuine Audi parts only and made sure all work was done to a high standard. The turnaround time was quick, prices they gave me were great and I was made sure that I was happy with all the work carried out. Car is back at full performance now and its the only garage I will trust, use and recommend with my cars going forward ????

I’m extremely impressed how professional and friendly the staff are at German Autohaus. Was welcomed by Layla at the front desk who checked my car in for a full service at short notice and was given an appointment promptly. Got introduced to Manny who completed my service, very knowledgeable and knows his stuff.!! It’s really nice that the company looks and considers the needs of customers first, by offering a first class service, the quality of workmanship was superb. I will be using these guys again and would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service from the whole team! Took my performance BMW to Germans Autohaus for servicing and general maintenance. The team was very knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. The work carried out was to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail with genuine BMW parts.
They even have a dedicated waiting area with drinks and a TV. I was ensured I was satisfied with the work, all records updated, prices were very reasonable. You feel looked after during the whole visit with no hidden costs - what you see is what you get. My only go-to garage for all my cars. Thank you.
Manny is excellent. Met him today, very friendly and down to earth lad. Takes the time out his day to help you out even if he has lots of company - popular guy that he is. I really appreciated this. Manny is an ex-BMW employee and he really does know his stuff. There's truly no need to look elsewhere. The garage is clean, well organised and doesn't look like a scrapyard like most other garages across Birmingham, you can genuinely tell these guys care for their customers. Hope you keep doing what you're doing and will come to you if I should ever require your services in future.
Took my car in for new brake pads and disc. The work was done efficiently, in a reasonable time scale, Leila has great knowledge and skills in this industry when it came to concerns of my car, the team was all very friendly and professional. I especially liked the waiting area it was not intimidating as a women I felt it was very good environment to wait whilst the car is in repair. Will definitely use Germans Auto and highly recommend them for their expertise.
I took my car there for a flywheel and they gave me the cheapest quote beating others by hundreds. And even though they was 1 mechanic short they still done my car after which made them finish after hours. Best customer service and they are very honest in what they do.
