Visited today and granted it was busy due to the bank holiday but after queuing for just short of half an hour I go into the shop to find members of staff chatting and waiting around before serving people , the young lady who served me was extremely rude and when I paid I was expecting a yep that’s gone through or thank you nope nothing just walks away, she didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting for some sort of confirmation but sure would’ve been the first to run after us had it failed to go through or I needed to insert my card. The lemon tart gelato was absolutely horrible , bitter and the bits of pastry or tart that were in there were awful too! My partner had the caramel popcorn one and he enjoyed that. £3.50 for a single scoop in a tub was just not good to pay when it wasn’t even nice! I think the selection of flavours for a non chocolate eater were quite rubbish too! It seemed like we went on a bad day because the flavours on the board for up and coming like Eton mess or silicon lemon sounded great!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting an ice cream parlor run by a group of talented young ladies, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The ice cream they serve is simply divine, with a wide array of flavors to choose from, each one more delicious than the last. From classic favorites to unique and inventive combinations, there's something to satisfy every palate.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall wonderful atmosphere of the place. Overall, I highly recommend this ice cream parlor to anyone looking for a delectable dessert experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through, be sure to stop by and treat yourself to some of the best ice cream around. You won't be disappointed!

Best Gelato I have ever had and I meant from all over the world. From Italy to France. I have never had anything so enjoyable in my life.
Discovered on my latest trips to shrewsbury. First visit had the Pistachio, servings are large and the taste was phenominal. 2nd visit was the Hazelnut and exactly the same quality and tasted fantastic. It is a good thing I am not local as I would be there everyday!!!
The flavour is phenomenal and exactly as the raw ingredients should taste. No artificial taste or flavour or colouring. The waffle cones are amazing and the smell from outside draws you in.
The staff are all lovely and know their stuff. Very enthusiastic and friendly and super welcoming.
But the only thing is now I can't enjoy any other cold desserts.
Flavours swap out daily so always something new to try. But I could eat the Pistachio everyday and never grow tired of it.
Well done on the fantastic job you have done this place is a real gem.
Found this wonderful place while on an Easter break near Shrewsbury. Best gelato I have eaten including in Italy! The ricotta & fig was delicious.. I need to move so I can visit more often ????
Fabulous gelato store. Fresh gelato every day, home made waffle cones. Excellent quality. Staff really friendly. Rotating flavours. tables to sit on outside in the sun, Very close to Greyfriars Bridge, The Quarry. Makes our lovely town even better, and deservedly popular Well done!
By far some of the best ice cream I've ever had.
If that alone isn't enough to bring you in, it's a local shop with all ice creamade by hand in the shop.
I fully recommend a detour to visit and have a try!
Ice cream is £3.50 per scoop which completely fills the tub of the size you chose
