Called yesterday to book my Honda 125 in for an MOT ready to sell. Dropped off at 0830am the next day and called at 1100am to say all done. Thank you guys, also nice having a look around and a chat when I picked the bike up and great customer service. I will definitely be bringing my big boys bike to you. Thanks again.
Was advised to use the garn has local and 1st empressions was great adjusted chain no charge... But the more I been using them the more they now charging sadly.. Had two tyres fitted tyres I brought.. and got charged a massive £75.. thought they seen me coming will not be using them again sadly

Ive had two bikes with these guys a VFR needing tic all sorted no issues , a BSA A7 needed re commissioning usual stuff new mag carb clean .
We popped in to see their superbly equipped workshop engineers here not fitters ,
Bikes collected returned all working well with the BSA they gave me a tool box full of imperial spanners , my son shirts hats numerous cups of coffee and plenty of chat .
This is how bike shops used to be a rare find and I feel a valued customer . We willbe back

A friend send me the contact of this shop, Once I recently move and dont know nothing around here.
Call to booked a MOT and they was sympathy booking it. But pulling my bike out of my garage I noticed the front light is not working so I check it what I could check to find a reason why but couldn't. So I call the shop again saying what was the problem and maybe need to cancel the MOT. Dave (the name of the guy that was assisting me and recommended by my friend) so Dave instead of saying bring the bike in we check it for you and do the MOT, no he was streaming rude and arrogant on the phone.
So for a new/lost costumer with more that 10motorbikes and always in need of doing something to one of my bikes it's a big NO.
Improve your customers skills first.
