Fresh availability improving better range of meat. Met the new store manager very friendly chatty and talked about improving the fresh food range for customers. Brilliant customer service.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good sized car park. Large for a village convenience store. Unfortunately there's poor stock control. They offer warm sausage rolls, Pastry, etc but those aren't out first thing in morning for people on route to work. I've been all different times of the day and there never seems to be any bread which should be a basic item held. Other stock choices also lacking.
It's ok, the fresh produce was a bit wilted, a few items I wanted to buy were not priced, but I can imagine it's great for the basics.
Not a nice experience,waited for around 5 mins to be served along with two other customers,had to go and hunt down staff,who were very rude and treated me like I was a nuisance .I had parcels to send and I was told to get them ready ,while the lady waved her arms at me.I would like to add that I have encountered other staff on numerous occasions ,that I found helpful and pleasant.
Great little shop. A large variety of stock. Lots of fresh produce. We think it was all reasonably priced for a local shop. Staff were polite and friendly and the shop was nice and clean. I will be stopping there again because we have family that live around the corner.

A nice new fresh store! Modern and and chic
Called Fresh & Proper but it doesn't have much variety. Minimal fresh, hardly any meat and 1 type of fish.
I was having this discussion with another customer, who had the same experience as me, when a woman who turned out to be the 'owner' butted in. She was obviously offended we didn't think the shop was very good and actually followed me round the shop arguing with me. I'm entitled to my opinion. She involved herself in a private conversation and then because I wasn't prepared to be bullied by her she then started trying to grab my empty basket off me and physically throw me out the shop.
I told her in no uncertain terms not to touch me so she followed me out to my car telling me I'm banned.
This woman is clearly not cut out for the role she has bought herself.
She should be taking care of the locals and listening to their concerns not banning them! REMEMBER LADY I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO FELT THAT WAY.
It is also pretty expensive, certainly not Morrisons prices.
Ban or no ban, I wouldn't go back in there but I will be escalating my concerns.
She needs to take note, when I was in there, there were 2 other people, both of whom couldn't find what they needed.
Co-Op on the other hand was rammed and I managed to buy what I needed.
My suggestion would be for this nasty woman to take note before she has no business to be defensive about
