Best garage ever. My first time with them and only because 3 other garages said said work would be a pain. The receptionist Abby was so helpful and called to keep me in the loop on everything. They diagnosed the problem with my Berlingo which was half the price I was quoted elsewhere. The work done by Rhys was awesome and I was given a free courtesy car whilst mine was being sorted overnight.
The customer service was outstanding. The work was fast and done well. I love em. Great people....Great garage. I won't go anywhere else now.
Excellent service! Wanted a new battery for my car, halfords and kwick fit nearly double the price, halfords no stock anyways, kwick fit would of been a hour and half before they looked to see what size and IF they had stock ????♀️ French connection had 1 delivered and fitted with in the hours 78quid fitted! Way cheaper and 5 star service highly recommended
Broke down nearby (not from Dereham), they were extremely helpful and kind - went above and beyond to help me get the car to the garage and also to get it back on the road within a few hours and for a good price too. Highly recommended
They replaced my fuel filter .and gave me some good advice .my dpf was playing up
And the price was really good .Will use them for the service when its due
Great garage. Honest pricing. Transparent about any faults. Good communication from when I dropped off until when I picked up. Went over and above (could have eaten my dinner out of the engine bay).
Brilliant service from these guys after being badly let down by the RAC. They collected the car, replaced the starter motor, all with no hassle, at a reasonable price and a friendly smile.
