Been in swindon for many years and only found this shop by accident but glad I did,
Such a little gem of a place, has my favourite biscuits and amazing cut meats!!
Has all the authentic ingredients you need to make your own Italian dish.
Franco, Anna and the whole family are very welcoming, they are also very friendly, accommodating and talkative, just ask them if you need anything and they will help you.
Already been there a few times, slowly trying all the food sold there, just had a very nice panino.
Would recommend wholeheartedly as had a 5* experience. Support your local businesses!

Absolutely outstanding! A complete hidden gem on an ordinary looking street of houses. We've driven past 1000 times without knowing it's here!
We happened to be in the area and we're hungry.
The young man (Franco and Anna's son) made us absolutely wonderful panini while we couldn't resist excellent looking pasta, sauces and wine. I was impressed with the prices - you'd pay much more in a supermarket for this stuff.
A warm welcome, great products. We will absolutely be back.
Edit: I randomly remembered this review recently and since time had passed, actually came back to delete it. So I've just seen that the owners had responded.
Please do not be dishonest. The packet I bought was not airtight at all, the seal was broken so it was not fresh. I had just bought it a few minutes before, noticed it was slightly open and only asked to exchange it for another.
I suspect you know it was not in saleable condition as you threw it away as I was leaving, despite angrily arguing it was fine. In these circumstances a customer should be able to return for a simple exchange without being accused and berated for it.
You do have a nice store and clearly lots of happy customers, so why Anna reacted this way over a small issue seems strange. I can only assume you were having a bad day. Good luck to you and I hope you can treat the next customer asking for a fair return/exchange more calmly.

I was trying out vincenzo's plate carbonara recipes from YouTube. I like the Italian couture so I’m trying to learn the authentic recipes of Italian food. I drove 1 hour to Franco & Anna’s to buy Guanciale for a Carbonara dish. Franco was so helpful and Anna was so sweet she looked after my baby while I looked around the shop. Very beautiful shop a diamond In the rough for sure ❤️ Also the passada Franko recommended was very good much better than supermarket tomato sause.
One of the few places in Swindon to purchase genuine Italian products. Franco and Anna are always welcoming and professional in their approach.
