Ok reviews on Deliveroo but the food was pretty poor. Dry chicken, rice wasn’t really fried or seasoned. Spring rolls were burnt and soggy.
Disgusting food and terrible service.
We used Four Seasons Garden (trading under Jasmine Garden) on Deliveroo and received this as Chinese Ribs. Aside from smelling horrific the item had no sauce and little meat. I called and spoke to them and was given the worst example of customer service I have had.
I will not use this takeaway again and based off my experience would suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.
Avoid. Ordered via deliveroo (they are called Jasmin Gardens on there). I ordered only due to their quick delivery time quoted. Nearly 40 mins after the quoted time I tried calling the restaurant. No answer multiple times. I tried to cancel food but deliveroo called the restaurant and they said it was 2-5 mins away. I made Deliveroo stay online until that time frame passed. Surprise surprise, no food. Deliveroo called them again and was told food was “around the corner” but I asked for a refund. The restaurant lies in order to take your money/order and seems to deliver whenever it suits them & will be uncontactable in the meantime. If you’re happy with that, order. If not - AVOID.

AVOID! I ordered at Uber eats, they don’t answered the phone when my order got longer the expected! I don’t recommend spend u time and money!
That was what I received, looks disgusting and smell not nice!
Worst experience ever after waiting for 1,5 hour for my delivery to come via Just eat, my rice arrived cold and with raw Prawns, and the lemon chicken I ordered came in a sweet red coloured sauce ... Something I can definitely deny to be lemon ...

RAW PRAWNS CAN BE A MAJOR CAUSE OF FOOD POISONING;!!!
Ordered off of uber eats. They delivered too next-door and I called 4 times and 1 time was told driver been pulled over. I heard the driver knock next door I even when out. 2 hours later we find out wrong door. Gave them a week to make good as food was uneatable by time we got it. Will never order from them again.
We ordered from here believing the expensive price to mean a good quality meal, which it was far from! Food was 3.5 hours late despite being told it had left followed by 14 unanswered phone calls. We then received an incorrect order and what was correct was tasteless. Do not order from here!! Luckily we then got a refund from Ubereats.
