Fantastic company, collected my car and repaired the damage after someone crashed into the rear end. Car returned to my house today while I was at work looking good and so clean. I have had a number of vehicles repaired at this facility. More recently a 2017 BMW 335 which needed body work and wheel refinishing. The work was better than could have been hoped. The vehicle has no signs of being repaired and looked brand new when Fix Auto had finished with it. I could not fault their service. Since then I have had an older vehicle rebuilt by them which is a Land Rover Defender 110. The level of detail, care and attention to the project has been to a very high standard. The staff are professional and approachable. I will continue to use Fix Auto Malvern and recommend them highly, with confidence.
My car was sent to fix auto malvern through my car insurance following an accident. The car looks like brand new. Took about 7 weeks to fix but think that’s how it is in the car industry waiting for parts atm and they did inform of how long it would take within a week of having my car. Very pleased ????

My brand new car had a coming together with van shortly after purchase. As you can imagine I was no too happy, but FA were brilliant with this brokenhearted petrolhead.
I selected FA as they had great reviews and a of couple of people I know recommended them. The repair to the car took close on 10 weeks but most of this time was waiting for parts to arrive and is no reflection on FM, once they had parts in hand they cracked on with the repair.
