Emergency appointment needed. Reception staff - polite, friendly, helpful and very understanding. A special mention to Kate who was so kind to me. Davinder and dental nurse came to my rescue. They were good listeners and explained clearly the process to me. They kept me very calm and were very caring. I also recommend Shakya who is my dentist and Terry, my hygienist.

I can highly recommend Fleet Dental Centre. The Reception staff are friendly & welcoming as are the dentists. I have recently been seeing Shakya Dias who is very caring, patient & kind & explains everything before starting. I am a phobic patient & Shakya does her best to put me at ease. . Her dental nurse is also efficient & kind. I have been attending for a number of years & can recommend the practice.

All the staff are professional, caring and friendly. The treatment I have received from my particular Dentist, Shakaya Dias, is outstanding. Everything is explained to me and great care is taken to ensure my visits are painless - hence I have no fear of going to the Dentist.

Going to the dentist is never a fun experience, but Fleet Dental Centre makes it as stress-free as possible. I had my first check-up with Claudio today and he and the dental nurse were friendly, efficient and explained everything I needed to know in terms that even my simple mind could understand! The reception staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended.
Been with FDC 8 years , brilliant..staff are welcoming .always helpful especially when you need an urgent appointment. My dentist is wonderful., he's gentle, explains everything and very patient. I wouldn't go anywhere else...

I have been trying to get through on the phone for 3 days now to replace my retainer and no one has picked up the phone or got back to my voicemails. This is completely unacceptable as I need a new retainer before my teeth move and undo thousands of £ of work...
They really need to learn to actually answer the phone
I had a call this morning with a receptionist who informed me that my appointment was needing to be arranged as the dentist who was scheduled to perform my procedure today has called in sick. The appointment was rearranged for 2 weeks time, and considering that I have already paid for this filling in full back on the 16th Jan 24, and am sitting with a hole in my tooth, I said that it was a long time to wait. The response I received back from the receptionist was 'I don't know what you want me to say' - this rude customer service is not acceptable.
