Fabulous Brian and staff - replaced my rear ABS rings today to cure traction control fault on my mint e46 330ci when many places wanted just to fit new rear driveshafts at great expense.
151 mile journey back to Southampton without incident and totally satisfied. Will travel again to have my cars looked after by a fabulous and knowledgeable BMW specialist - recommended to me and now I am delighted to recommend to you.

After moving to the area a couple of weeks ago, the steering on my BMW 3 convertible was getting progressively worse so I decided to bite the bullet and get it fixed.
Searched for local official BMW garage, called them and they were useless, couldn't get me in for over 3 weeks, longer if I needed a loan car, and would cost £150 just to look at it!!
Googled local BMW specialist garages and came across FIVE WAYS.
Phoned up and spoke to Gareth and he gave his helpful opinion on what the problem could be. Asked me to bring car in that day, and if needed, they had a loan car available!
Needless to say, drove straight there, explained to Jack what problem was, also mentioned a longstanding issue I've had with the electrics, he took my keys and said he'd call once they knew more.
Got call later explaining what issues were, told I could hang on to loan car until mine was sorted. Luckily mine was all fixed the same day
Got to garage and Jack went through the now sorted electrics and explained the fix for the steering. Price was very reasonable too.

We experienced a problem whilst visiting relatives (our local BMW specialist near us in London carried out a "repair" which resulted in us breaking down in Devon).
Relatives said that Five Ways had a good reputation and we phoned them whilst waiting for Green Flag to turn up, Five ways knew a local towtruck who got to us in around 10 minutes and got the car into the garage and booked in for repair long before Green flag even returned our call with their breakdown contractor.
Properly fixed using BMW part with the broken bit available for inspection afterwards.
Different garage in London had a go at our air con, which then broke driving down to Devon, phoned up and got car booked in, new compressor fitted for far less than expected from BMW and quickly returned all gassed and working perfectly.

I was aware of this garage a while ago but used them for the first time yesterday to carryout work on my BMW 2 Series which is now out of the manufacturers warranty period. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. If you have a BMW that is out of warranty and doesn`t need to be serviced or repaired by the main dealerships, I would thoroughly recommend that you try this garage.
There is nothing more essential when it comes to a mechanic, than trusting the people to a) know what they're doing and b) not rip you off.
I can honestly say, with my hand on my heart, that I trust Brian and Jack with whatever issue I have with my car.
They have been consistent with their advice and I trust them implicitly. I highly recommend these guys. I've been taken for a ride by so many garages, but never here. They're the best in bay. No question ❤️
