We were visiting the area on our holiday and called in for a drink one evening, after that we came back almost every day! The staff are extremely friendly and eager to help. They remembered our faces from our first visit and made us feel like regulars. ||||On our final night we ate here and were delighted with our meals. Despite the small menu there was great choice (even for vegetarians) and the array of side dishes meant that there was something for everyone. When the food arrived it was delicious and there was plenty of it. After struggling to finish every mouthful the bill was a pleasant surprise, representing excellent value for money. ||||All in all a wonderful little pub, with friendly staff, tasty food and great value for money.

The Sunday lunch was absolutely beautiful. Its a lovely cosy village pub and such a warm welcome from Diane and all her staff. You must try it for yourself.
Brilliant home cooked food excellent service and very friendly staff.
We had a fabulous Sunday lunch down in the cosy lower room. Nice and hot, tender meat, plenty of vegetables. Two of us had desert after and I can recommend the chocolate sundae and the apple pie. I'd go again
