The lady in the reception is very rude not trying to understand the person over phone. Absolutely, shocking behaviour I never experienced anything like that anywhere.
Been using this dentist since I was a teenager never had a problem my dentist Abdul is fab and sue the receptionist what can I say she's such a lovely kind lady so glad she's back always great to get her on the phone fast and efficient as always
Briefly is a rubbish dental surgery. Unpunctual, low knowledge, can’t manage time. Tiny area. Bad smell. Horrible. Stay away from this rubbish place. One star is high for them. Suitable is ziro
Needed an emergency dentist and this one was recommended to me ! Receptionist ( Sue) super lovely and helpful, found me an emergency slot and I got in , had consultation , X-ray and extraction …. Really lovely dentist … quietly kind and a real gent ! Price was more than fair …. In fact I would say it was an absolute bargain , given the conversations I have had with friends who have had similar treatment . Thank you all …Kay. ????

If i could give 0 stars i would. Due to extreme circumstances I was unable to attend an appointment. The dentist has now told me they refuse to see me again. The staff and dentists are extremely rude aswell. I am shocked but the service at this practise and would advise everyone to go elsewhere. No care for their patients at all. Disgusting
Been at this dentist since 2014 with the family. Best dentist I've ever had, he has helped me overcome my fear of dentists and is honestly the most amazing dentist I've ever ever had. The reviews mentioning the receptionist are surprising as she has always been very nice to me
Just an unbelievably apathetic dentist! They should have been given lessons on manners and empathy before getting jobs. My 4y old had his teeth knocked back and has been eating soft food for a week now. He starts reception in a week and when I mentioned this to the doctor he just gave me a blank look, like he couldn’t even sympathise let alone give me suggestions. He refused to even do an xray to check if there is any fracture. He didn’t advise on how to clean or feed him. I had to reschedule my meetings and arrange for someone to pick up my other child all for this dentist to look for a min and do nothing to help the child. I am totally flabbergasted. I have experienced such mediocre service in developing countries where taxes are much lower. I wish Google would let me leave 0 stars. This dentist is not suitable to care for young children as they are not gentle by any stretch of the imagination. As for his dentistry, he did a shoddy filling job previously which came out after 2mo and bleeds every now and then. I am just disappointed in myself now that I didn’t look around for a better dentist after our first experience here. Lesson learnt.
