Without a doubt the best Butchers in East Yorkshire! Always a great selection of local meat, along with cooked goods such as ham, pork pie and sausage rolls. Their hot lunches are delicious, and their Bacon & Egg sarnies are top notch. Ryan is superb and goes to great lengths to provide top quality aged meat, which is to die for. Their Chuck Steak burgers knock the socks off every other burger you've ever eaten. The staff are always friendly and chatty, which add a personal note to visiting. Try them!
Great butchers. Always have a good selection of meats. They do their own recipes in house so you sometimes get made up stir fry or nicely marinated lamb etc. they also make their own sausage rolls, pork pies, lasagnes etc. all great tasting and make for a great lunch or dinner. They do serve lunches every day, ranging from hot meat baguettes to cheese burgers and chips and they do a great chicken and beef curry now again.
Small shop but really great choice,Pork pies are very nice,parking can be rather awkward but it is in a small town with narrow streets.. highly recommended
Love the place. Great meats and pies. Very friendly and willing to offer advice. I drive here most weekends passing a number of other butchers for a good reason.
Bought ribeye and fillet steak today and all I can say is WOW AMAZING. Sausage rolls and pork pie also fantastic. If its quality you want, you definitely get it here.
Fantastic ! Proper butchers who's meat,pies,hot and cold sandwiches are the best and so are the pastries and cakes. I always use Robs and if there is anything you want meat wise he will try his best to accommodate. Robs chipolata sausages are a must to try.!! Lots of different flavoured ones to choose from too along with his home made burgers and good value BBQ packs. Always good and the staff are lovely and friendly.
Attended an event where Featherstones had done the buffet.....gorgeous tasty pork pie, quiche, scotch eggs, sausage roll, potato salad, coleslaw...need I say more. Delicious ????????
