Absolutely amazing service. Had a car fault and AA attended. A couple of faults needed immediate attention and the AA recommended Express, who fitted me in same afternoon, did both jobs needed, then found a third fault, and quickly got that sorted as well, explaining everything that they found and did. Price really competitive too. A big shout out of thanks to I think it was John, Les and Steve who sorted everything out. A really positive experience.

The team are really personable and explain the options simply.
They are always busy but can fit you in at short notice.
They have even helped me with a jump start kit when I had a flat battery!
Excellent garage - wouldn’t go anywhere else
I received 5* service here today after taking my car which has had a problem with the side light for over a year now. Previously, I had taken it to multiple garages who all told me they couldn’t fix it as they didn’t have the part needed.
After dropping my car down this morning, I mentioned that I would then be getting an Uber to work, to which the staff kindly offered to instead drive me to work which was greatly appreciated as it saved me the extra cost!
After only a short while of my car being in the garage I received a phone call to say they had sourced the part and were going to retrieve it and would have it fixed within a few hours.
Staff were all pleasant and I finally have a working light! Thanks all!

I cannot speak highly enough of Les and the team. Great prices, endless patience, the best customer service. If you live in the bay and you take your car elsewhere… you’re crazy.
What can I say, after taking our car to another Garage, we were told the car was fine and they could not find a fault. Less than 2 hours later my partner was stuck on a dual carriageway with my 2 children on the side of the road. We took it to Express Vehicle Services, they found the issue, sourced the parts and within 36 hours we had the car back. Communication, the price and the speed of the service was fantastic. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. Drove up from Bournemouth and car started playing up. Express were able to test the car and fit me in to fix it despite being incredibly busy! Price was more than reasonable and service was above and beyond. If I lived in Cardiff they'd be my regular garage
