The post office lady, seems always busy talking with friends while serving customers !! I have there 3 times so far, & seen her talking loudly over mobile phone with friends continuously , even when counting cash for the customer, I noticed, customer gets very annoyed , & often shows disappointments on their face. its possible that she can make an easy mistake behind the counter. she need to avoid this regular practice when doing an important public service, which paid her salary by the tax payer's money.
When picking up parcel complete drama and mess , lady in post office very rude she doesn’t care to find it / first of all she shouldn’t do this job.. her attitude belongs definitely not in services …, not helpful at all never can find parcels / you need to come back few times wasting your own time to pick up parcel which is there already / if you can use different post office my advice would be find other place as this one is Completely out of order !
The Post Office worker's attitude is awful.
The lady (while speaking on the phone in Hindi) without properly asking my postage requirements charged me totally different set of services that I asked for (twice said in plain English).
Thus, I had to pay more than needed.
For me, this kind of attitude on a working place is unacceptable.
Post office is little slow and parcels are left out on the side which I find a little off putting. The shop itself has managed to get a variety of products into a small space. Some items are reasonably priced (tends to be items with the price on product by manufacturers) offer items over priced even for a corner shop and a lot of items have no price on them. Very limited parking available. Staff seem helpful enough.
Was dropping off prepaid parcel yesterday for express delivery, parcelforce said it would be collected that day and was high cost item. They didn't tell me collection had been done in morning so I could take elsewhere. When I asked why she wouldn't tell me she was as usual rude and when I told her that now this item might not get where it was going before my stepdads death she said "that's your problem". Rude, insensitive cow. I may not have reacted in the most ladylike manner but my god....how do these people get into customer service? The post office should be ashamed.
Very bad service. I wanted to top up my gas and electric and they don’t accept card only cash. On top of that I came here 8 minutes before closing time so at 22:52 on 31st of August 2022 and the guy said that he wouldn’t allow to top me up and that it’s not his business and to go elsewhere. I said that it’s very late and that I won’t find anywhere else to top up my gas and electric key cards at this time. He said he didn’t care in a very confident and evil way and that he didn’t want to serve us to top up the British gas electric and gas key cards. He was very rude shouting at us ladies and he even said he doesn’t care if I come back again or not. I will not come back to this shop anymore which I have been for the past 3/4 years. Absolutely disgusting service.
This was our third visit. The lady behind the till was extremely nice. One of the best customer service I have ever seen. The total opposite of rude staff in Hampton Green Post Office. The lady helped us with the right envelope, right postage, she even wrote the address to the parcel and explained the whole process of sending tracked package. We are grateful!! Also Everydays is a great shop, they staff is always smiling in all their branches!
This post office no longer accepts parcels in Royal Mail postal bags. Citing health and safety. For people doing a side business or trying to build a business to allow them to work full time they have to drop the bags off before the post office counter opens. No notice stuck up anywhere for customers to see in advance. Disgraceful that people don’t care about trying to help normal people try and get their own business up and running and gain independence.
