Gave them 1 star because it won’t let me do none! Appalling service. Took in my bike over a year ago with promises to sort in no time.
I told them I wasn’t in a rush but every time I enquired I was told;
- mechanic was sick
- mechanic was busy
- sick again (at least 4 times)
- they’d never heard of my bike
- couldn’t work on it because a neighbour had a baby
- were waiting for parts
Eventually I was told it was finished only to turn up and find out it hadn’t been fixed and had been ‘given’ to another garage.
I managed to track down the bike and the other garage have been superb. But here? No apology, no compensation, no adequate explanation.
One of the staff did admit they take on too much work though!!!

Rebuilt the engine on my diesel Focus about 4 years ago. 35,000 miles later still as good as ever. No leaks, 50+mpg, starts first go. Highly recommended.
Had our Mustang Cylinder Heads done here! We actually provided heads from our new engine and our old engine ones as back up. James Duncan at ERS has a fantastic eye for engines and discovered a weak spot in our new engine heads which we were going to put in. He then refurbished and skimmed our exhausting heads to a factory finish. So grateful these guys spotted the fault or we would of rebuilt that engine and failed!
Knowledge and skill here is fantastic and possibly saved us hundreds if not thousands in repairs! Can’t say anymore ????

I left my work vehicle there on September last year to have a engine rebuilt. It was booked in and I waited for the appointment. Now march the following year, van hasn't been touched. After a pile of excuses. I needed the van for work and this service is unacceptable. If this wasn't bad enough. I was told my van was given to someone else and is now reported stolen. The police are dealing with this matter. The levels of ILLEGALITY, professionalism or honestly ARE BEYOND BELIEF and sadly this business continues to operate within. Legal proceedings are now under away!!!!! avoid at all costs!!!
ERS took out a snapped glow plug on my Vauxhall Insignia,replaced with a new one,the job finished quickly,and now the car runs better on 4 cylinders,great knowledgeable staff,and a good price,highly recommended.
