Thankyou Emma's for your hospitality and generous donation to the Hula Hoop Hospice Challenge Team. Also a huge thankyou for the free teas, coffees and cakes after we had completed it. That was very kind of you and we really appreciated it. ????????????????????????. The cakes were delicious. ????
Was very surprised to see the former SLDC toilet block had been converted to a cafe having previously been an artist's studio.
There is definitely room for 2 cafe's on the promenade and this is ideally situated by the children's playground. I hadn't expected to have lunch here, but my usual lunch stop was completely full and I was short of time. I ordered a roasted vegetable and goats cheese panini. It was very tasty and cooked quickly. Would go again, but more likely for tea and cakes.
Beautiful walk along the front of Grange,
Then stopped at Emma's cafe for hot chocolate well deserved piping hot with a beautiful views
Nice little cafe overlooking the sea. Very clean with friendly staff and reasonable prices for nice food.
Called in for a latte and bacon sandwich, All seats were taken, so they got me out my own table and chair! Asked for a large latte and was asked did I want 1 or 2 shots of coffee! The latte was piping hot and the best I have had locally. The bacon sandwich was also very good and the staff service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Proving that you can’t get too much of a good thing as we’ve visited a couple of times during this stay thus far, Emma’s has something for everyone.
Good choice of hot food, toasted sandwiches, filled rolls, numerous flavours of ice-cream, excellent coffee, soft drinks, wonderful location, friendly service, what more could you want!
Quite how the ladies running this café manage to maintain the relentless pace day in day out is beyond me, I tip my hat.
We found Emma's Cafe during a walk in the pouring rain (who said we'd had a dry summer?) Lovely, clean place, great food, great prices and excellent coffee. Bacon, Brie & Cranberry toastie voted best ever by the other half - who is a specialist on the subject. Goats Cheese & Pesto toastie was new to me but tasted great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, all in all a super place to visit.
Wishing you a great season! Lovely location and great place to stop and watch what’s going on on the sands.
The coffee and flapjack were both very reasonably priced and tasty though you could make the coffee a tad stronger.
Lovely chatty staff getting used to their new venture.... I’d definitely recommend you!
